Before you swap

• Review the other member’s profile, trust score, and listing history
• Compare items using in-app tools; read the full description and all photos
• Treat Bucks values and market price snapshots as estimates — verify condition and age yourself
• Use chat to confirm condition, inclusions, and meetup or shipping plans
• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true

Local meetups

• Meet in busy public places during daylight hours
• Bring a friend or share your meetup plan with someone you trust
• Inspect items carefully before handing over your goods
• Avoid sharing home addresses until you trust the other party

Shipping

• Agree on packaging, carrier, cost split, and tracking before sending
• Document item condition with photos before shipment
• Use tracked shipping when possible
• Be wary of requests to ship before the other party fulfills their side

Payments and scams

• Itoou does not escrow cash — any cash top-up is between members
• Never send money or gift cards to "verify" an account
• Do not click suspicious links sent in chat
• Report pressure tactics, impersonation, or off-platform payment demands

Your account

• Use a strong, unique password and enable available sign-in protections
• Sign out on shared devices
• Contact support immediately if you notice unauthorized activity

Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report the incident to us at support@objectorient.com so we can investigate and protect other members.
